The most recent edition to the New York Red Bulls squad, the Australia international transferred to the MLS club after eight years with English Premier League side Everton.

Cahill started his senior career with current Championship division club Millwall. In his first season with Millwall, he got a taste of FA Cup glory with a trip to the finals against Manchester United. Their place in the final was thanks to Cahill’s goal in the semifinal defeat of Sunderland.

Cahill made over 200 appearances for both Millwall and Everton.

Cahill is famous for his goal celebration where he spars with the corner flag.

The Viking Army is the official supporters club of Major League Soccer’s New York Red Bulls. As their website decribes, they are “boisterous Red Bull New York supporters who all share a tremendous passion for Red Bulls soccer.”

The entire 90-minutes, the die-hard fans are waving flags, singing, chanting, and dancing.

Their club carries some stipulations with their supporter policy:

The Viking Army SC is open to all Red Bull NY fans as long as you hate the Philly Bimbos, The D.C. Scum, and Cardboard “Cosmos”, and bleed Red Bull NY.

The New York Red Bulls home is at Red Bull Arena in Harrison, New Jersey.
