Inspired Dinner in the Trustees Room at The Met

The Metropolitan Museum of Art’s Trustees Room held dinners in November inspired by their new art galleries of the Arab Lands, Turkey, Iran, Central Asia, and Later South Asia. One such dish included the Tagine El Ain.

As the menu read: “Lamb Tagine with Dried Fruits and Almonds, Saffron Rice”


November's dinner was created from the genius of Executive Chef Fred Sabo
