Eaton Centre

Located adjacent to Dundas Square, the Eaton Centre is a a massive shopping mall located in Toronto, Canada. It has become one of Toronto’s most popular tourist attractions with over a million visitors a week.

The Eaton Centre is anchored by Canada’s largest department store, The Bay.

30 Hudson Street

Towering over Jersey City is 30 Hudson Street, the tallest building in New Jersey.

The building was designed by Cesar Pelli, who desgiednt he Petronas Towers in Kuala Lampur, Malaysia.

The building is located close to the Exchange Place stop on the PATH system.

The building is also known as the Goldman Sachs Tower.

From Sea to Table

The August 2012 dinner theme in the Trustees Room at the Metropolitan Museum of Art highlighted fresh fish and shellfish from local New York waters.

The first course was the Long Island Fluke Crudo; served with watermelon, radish, kalamata olive, and basil.
