Baroque Bistro Macarons

with 2 comments

As stated on their website: “After 35 years and two generations of experience, our Patissiers have perfected the art of Macaron-making.” Located in Sydney’s historic section, The Rocks, the Baroque Bistro offers some of the best and unique macaron selection in city.

Just a short stroll from the majestic Sydney Harbor Bridge, some of the flavors include Rosewater, Jasmine, and Salted Caramel.

Baroque Bistro also has a stand in The Rocks Market, which is set up right outside the restaurant.

The Viewing Deck

leave a comment »

Located in Bacolod City’s Punta Taytay, this series of restaurants sits along the water and gives visitors a breezy and tranquil view as they enjoy their meals of freshly prepared seafood.

The entire complex is called the Viewing Deck and each restaurant is annotated by a number; regular visitors have their preferred deck.

Nearby, there is a small beach area where visitors can stay cool in the quiet waters, but keep an eye out, there are periodic visits from jellyfish.
