When you just don't know what to do with that stuff

Boquerones Salad

leave a comment »

Served in New York City food shop Despaña, as their websit edescribes the Boquerones Salad. “Romaine lettuce, tomatoes, bonito tuna and peppers spread. Topped with marinated white anchovies.” An impressively savory lunch.

Located at 408 Broome Street, Despaña serves a variety of tapas and salads in their café and have a full deli of hams, chorizos, and cheeses.

Despaña also has a location in Queens.
