Crabs have found their way into, nearly, every form of food in Maryland. The classic dish that has found its place throughout the country is the crabcake, but the question is, does it get any better than in Baltimore?

J. Paul’s, who have locations in Georgetown (Washington, DC) and Baltimore’s famous Inner Harbor, offers a few versions of the true treasure of the Chesapeake.

A crabcake side

The crabcakes at J. Paul’s are offered as a side, a sandwich, or an appetizer — featured as mini-versions of the delicious dish.

The side compliments any entree, with the hearty portions of crab and its accompanying tasty remoulade.
